After inadvertently clicking on the subscription, I was charged 1p which was immediately refunded, I was then charged £14.99 & received an email with my subscription details! I sent the company an email & they were very helpful, they cancelled my subscription & refunded the £14.99

I recently had a problem which they dealt with very quickly and resolved it

Firstly I would like to say the same thing happened to myself paid 1p for something then it automatically signed me up I emailed the company as soon as I seen money go out my account And they have refunded me straight away So I would say they are a good company Always read the small print before signing or accepting anything So a big thank you to coach2fit for my refund

I had issues with my device trying to load and view the exercises but Coach2fits customer service has been absolutely excellent I couldn't have hoped for better 😊
