I am writing this for my mom. They took £30 twice over 2 months. My mom never signed up and did not even know what coach2fit was when she check her bank statement. They are not a good company and if you look through the reviews, there is lots of others who this same problem has occurred. My mom never signed up or put other bank details, they somehow managed to hack her details and got her on a subscription which she has no idea about and she has no account. It just takes money from her bank every month.

SCAM How on earth this can be allowed is beyond comprehension. There’s enough stress to deal with without scum like this.

Writing this on behalf of my Mum. She deleted 2 e-mails from this company from her junk mail in recent days. No sign up for subscription. No agreement. No interaction. Somehow this company have obtained her bank details and have taken money from her account. The first transaction was for 1p and the second was £29.90. SCAMMERS. Report any contact, even if it’s junk mail, immediately to your bank.

SCAMMERS based in Cyprus. I had four consecutive monthly charges of £29.90 in my Chase card. Never signed up with them let alone provided with any payment details. I raised a claim with Chase and they initially refused to accept any responsibility or refund the charge. After a long 3 hour chat battle someone finally believed my version of events and sided with me. Frustrating and exhausting experience. Beware.

I felt like I was completely scammed here. I clicked on a video, it charged me 0.01 pounds and all of a sudden they are trying to take £30 from my account. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Total scam!!! I made the mistake of signing up for a 1p offer, I don’t even remember what it was for, but i haven’t received any service. So i was surprised to see £29.99 taken from my bank the very same day. Didn’t spot this until a week or two later. I phoned the bank who cancelled the card immediately, to prevent any repeat payments. They told me i should request a refund before they would do a payback. How do i get my money back from these crooks?

I never asked for anything from this company. I was asked for 1p from a VPN app to trial it worked. They have now sent me details of a monthly Coach2fit subscription And the bank aren't doing anything. I have emailed the company in Cyprus Completely scammed

Not sure if this is a legit business and perhaps it’s been hacked or something. Husband noticed a message saying welcome to coach2fit. I said what’s that? He said no idea. Then I checked the bank and a one day trial payment is pending for 1p. With monthly of £29+ thereafter. I reported through my bank as Scam, as he never signed up for this. He said he was searching through some football site and something came up and he tried to close it down. So no idea what happened and how it’s able to connect with our bank account like that.
