ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS BANK! Stay away or CLOSE your account. Bank is suing me personally for a business loan. They misrepresented their application by adding personal liability without disclosing it. Their rep constantly assured me that the loan was strictly a business loan. CNB required that I close another business account to qualify for their loan. My small business was forced to close and now I’m left personally liable for $100k and legal fees to defend myself. BUYER BEWARE

This institution the worst in the banking business. I transferred money into my account, city national never posted the transaction, leaving me with negative balance. I showed on my phone app the transfer. Posted the transaction leaving me with a negative balance and overdraft fees. Because of their unprofessional staff and poor service think I going to pay $100 overdraft when city National made the mistake. This bank needs to be investigated
