Terrific customer service!! When the item we ordered was way late in coming (which by the way was completely due to the USPS), we reached out to C&M. We told them that the item was now supposed to arrive later in the day, a week late and we wanted to let them know. C&M said they were going to completely refund our order. I said that was not necessary if the item arrived in good condition. Sure enough it arrived later in the day in perfect condition. C&M issued a complete refund anyways!!

I am very happy with the engraved wine glasses I received for mother of the groom and mother of the bride. I ordered and they arrived at my door in less than 48 hours, unbelievable. The glasses are good quality and the font I chose came out beautiful.

I am about to become a first time Grammie and have looked forward to hosting my son and daughter in law's Baby Shower for as long as I can remember. The current state of Covid has made it impossible for us to gather in person as many family members would have to travel across country to be with us. As a result, I decided that I would package and send Baby Shower Boxes to each of our guests containing items that would allow us to feel a bit more connected during our Zoom celebration.
