I spent quite a bit a money on numerous builds and ordered the wrong handguards for one of them which cost more than the ones I actually needed I said I would just like the correct ones pretty simple fix and shipped back on my dollar. No cmmg wanted to charge me a restocking fee (for what there in used and in new condition and I buying the correct parts from them) long story short they gave me the run around and are not doing the right thing here. I would not recommend buying any of there products given this they would be very likely to give you a hard time on a warranty claim or something similar to this

Hi Ralph, I know there were a few emails so apologies if there was any confusion. The customer service rep that assisted you did confirm internally that we could waive the restocking fee for you but asked if you could order the correct handguards once your RMA was shipped to us and we could credit the full refund back to you once the return was received and checked in. Our customer service manager will be reaching out to you via email to waive and refund that restocking fee due to the confusion on our part. Sorry again for the mixup, we hope we get the chance to earn your business again in the future. Thank you
