DO NOT TRUST Cloud Tech Studios
I am a small business owner in Boise, Idaho. On September 18, 2026, I signed a social media marketing agreement with Cloud Tech Studios and paid $573. To secure my business, Cloud Tech Studios provided a list of Instagram accounts they claimed to manage. I personally contacted several of these businesses. None had ever heard of Cloud Tech Studios, and several told me which company actually manages their social media. I signed the agreement based on these references, and I believe this information was knowingly false and fraudulent. The services provided also failed to meet the agreement. The company did not use the brand colors and fonts I supplied during onboarding, delivered content that appeared template based or AI generated, and altered my personal photos, including my face, with AI without my approval. The agreement states that my photos remain subject to my permissions and that I retain final approval over anything affecting my professional representation. On October 6, 2026, I notified Cloud Tech Studios in writing that I was canceling for cause and requested a full refund. The company refused. Over the following week, I called numerous times and was repeatedly told someone would respond within 24 hours. No one did. On October 15, 2026, I sent a final written request with a deadline of October 19, 2026. As of this filing, I have received no response. Cloud Tech Studios obtained my business through misrepresentation, failed to deliver the agreed services, and is now ignoring all attempts to resolve this matter. I am asking the BBB to help hold this company accountable.
