Less than an hour later, the exact lens was listed on their website for $22.45. After I asked about it, the price started climbing — first to $32, then to $36. When I asked for the original price to be honored, I got excuses. No apology for the upsell, no effort to make it right. This wasn’t confusion — it was manipulation. Be careful if you shop here. Watch the prices and question everything they tell you.

Unprofessional, not to say incompetent I wanted to cancel an order on 10/07/2024 that I had ordered on 09/07/2024. to tell me that they have no intention of refunding me and that it is no longer their problem, so it is already shows their mentality for everything that is after sales service. On top of that I paid $538.31 for my purchase plus delivery, and on top of that there's another €192.94 for them to keep sending it to me. Cloud City Drone are skemmers, they take all your money before you know it. Cloud City Drone are scammers, they take all your money before you know it and only warn you afterwards.
