Effective software and Superb Support
Really useful software that generally works very smoothly. However, the reason for a 5-star review is the excellent customer support in dealing with the inevitable occasional glitches; very fast and helpful responses to all the issues encountered. I really am most impressed.

The software works great
The software works great. If there are any issues, their customer service department is extremely responsive, and the fix issues super quickly. I would highly recommend this software.

Great Software -STELLAR Customer Service
Not only do I absolutely love this product -- feels like I wouldn't be able to live without it -- more importantly, CleverGet has THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't recommend

This app is incredibly handy for saving streaming videos locally. I’ve been using it for a while, and their support team is extremely responsive whenever any issues arise. It has become an absolute must-have for me!

I am a new user of CleverGet
I am a new user of CleverGet and recently encountered the problem of selected subtitle not being remuxed into the captured video. I reported the issue to CleverGet support and received a new XDOWNLOAD.DLL the next day but problem persisted when using Windows Media Player 11 to view the video. CleverGet support then told me to use VLC Media Player or Leawo Software Blu-Ray Player with the updated CLeverGet software instead of Windows Media PLayer 11. I then used VLC Media Player and was able to see the selected subtitle in the video. I am thankful for the fast response of the CleverGet support team and the great customer service experience.

This app works beautifully
This app works beautifully. Other apps claim to achieve similar things but often don’t work. I had one issue after a while when cleverget didn’t recognize the URLs all of a sudden, but the friendly support staff was able to solve the issue immediately. A special call out to the super responsive support staff, their response time was very fast.
