We had them install a pool in 2016. After about 6 years we had a ground water issues which resulted in wrinkles. Last year we got new gutters and had a large French drain dug before we paid for a new liner. Opened the pool this year to a huge wrinkles. Called and they said over the phone it was probably ground water. I explained how that couldn’t be the case. They never came out to look and haven’t returned a single call since May. Horrible communication. Horrible company.
