José was fantastic. Initially I was skeptic of going out and searching for a new broker to refinance my loan, but ClearPath was incredible. I had a quote (3 actually) that allowed me to have choices to whether I wanted to refinance through them, they did not disappoint. Being a veteran, I went through the IRRRL program and immediately I was approved. Less than a week and a half later my loan was paid off and I was refinanced with a lower quote. Mario Sanchez is phenomenal…he goes above and beyond to ensure you are not only comfortable with the process, but that you fully understand your options. He took the time to contact me every couple days throughout the process so that i was never left to wonder what happens next. His customer service and attention to veteran specific details was awesome…so much so that i have sent a number of friends/service members his way because i know first-hand how well he takes care of the customer. Veterans don’t take sharing our contacts lightly…but the level of service that Mario provided was so great that i posted not only his name, but the ClearPath name to the Special Operations community. Additionally, Thank you Mario for taking the time and explaining everything to me, your explanations were perfect! If there is anything that I can ever do to return the favor Mario, please don’t hesitate to ask. Through the whole process I not only got my house refinanced…It felt as though I also got a friend. From the initial phone call to the very end, the refinance was seamless. I don't have much time and the process literally took less than 10 minutes of my time in total! The agent was very adept at talking to me at my level and making it easy for me to understand all the steps. Excellent experience!
