ClearPath is great to work with.
What an absolute gem to work with. ClearPath was able to reduce our mortgage to 1.75% fixed for 30 years. They kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to return phone calls and answer questions. We closed in roughly 3 weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their entire team.

Communication was TOP NOTCH
This was the best experience I have ever had in getting a home loan. There was CONSTANT communication and the entire process was super simple. The biggest pro again was the communication. I never had to pull information about where the process was, I got text messages and emails personally written to let me know what was happening. I will never use another company. Highly recommend.

Clearpath made this refinance very…
Clearpath made this refinance very smooth and I speak from experience. My third. Started original loan at 3.25, went down to 2.75, then 2.25 and now finally to 1.75 with Clearpath. All parties involved in my refinance were super helpful, understanding and answered all my questions and concerns.

ClearPath Lending was very helpful and easy to work with. They contacted yes and explained the benefits of refinancing. They broke down all the numbers which made it very easy to understand. They were responsive when we called and had questions.
