Simple and smooth VA Refinance - Highly Professional!
Simple process, even for a non-standard VA Refinance where I paid the closing costs rather than rolling it into the loan as is the custom. Everyone I encountered was a consummate professional. Throughout the process, they were uniformly conscientious at forwarding and re-forming loan disclosure statements. This was, without question, the easiest, fastest, and smoothest mortgage loan I have ever secured. I would definitely work with them again, and have recommended them to family and friends.

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and positive, and patient in answering any of my questions. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a home loan company. It was the best experience I have had dealing with a loan company. Thank you, ClearPath!

Our experience with ClearPath Lending…
Our experience with ClearPath Lending from start to finish was great. The timing was perfect, and the people we dealt with were honest, professional, and did what they said they would do. One of the finest experiences we've had in our 54 years of marriage. Doug & Salle
