We had an awesome experience. We worked with Helena. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She made the whole experience seem effortless on our part. She kept us informed and up to date on changes and any other steps of the process. She treated us like human beings and not just another loan. She’s the best. Even the notary Charles was extremely competent and flexible when we needed to change our schedule.
