Cashout Refiance
My husband and I had a great experience working with ClearPath Lending on our mortgage refinance. Victoria Le & Chris Cochran were patient with us when we had to get some work on our house completed for the appraisal and worked with us on logistics when we were out of town. We would definitely recommend ClearPath Lending.

I wish we had more people like Nick…
I wish we had more people like Nick Williamson in this world. He was very professional,he explained everything to the point,he was very clear and understanding. That’s what made me decide to go with clear path Leanding for a loan

Our refinance experience.
My husband and I were very pleased to work with Clear Path Lending to refinance our home. It was a pleasure to work with Stephen Carroll; he answered all our questions and made the whole experience painless. Kristin Miller was also a great help. The Best!
This is the third time we have used CearPath Lending. ClearPath Lending is always on top of their game. They are extremely helpful and always patient. Khashi is just a delightful person! Always answers the phone or calls right back to answer my questions. The entire process was great and I highly recommend anyone who wants to refinance. They are the best!
