Cleardoor Inc.Reviews of cleardoor.io

With making the very tough decision to sell our family home of 20 years, we found ourselves making the equally hard decision of who to trust when putting our house on the market. We met with a total of five realtors. When we met with Eric, we could instantly see that his knowledge of the marketplace, commission model that is built for todays industry, and level of detail that would go into bringing our house to market, was exactly what we were looking for. The professional photos and 3D virtual tour were exceptional! The full service offering went above and beyond! Every email, text, and phone call was answered promptly. Our house sold in three days with multiple offers, well over asking, and we saved thousands in commission. We’ve since recommended Cleardoor to several other families in our neighborhood and they’ve already listed and are sale pending on at least one home, all in the last three months. We could not be happier with Cleardoor.

Eric definitely knows what he’s doing. He talked with me over the phone first and explained the process the commissions and his willingness to list my house. All the paperwork to make the agreement was done via the Internet and was extremely easy. He brought the photographers in and listed my house on a Wednesday and it sold the following Sunday. I can’t say enough about how he predicted what my house was worth and his approach to selling my house. I definitely would recommend him.

As I prepared to put my deceased mother's home on the market, I researched some of the lawsuits and upcoming changes in the real estate industry regarding commissions. It just didn't seem right that consumers should be handing over such high amounts of commissions on the sale of their homes. With a wide range of alternatives that offer flat rate MLS listings with extra costs for additional services, I found Cleardoor. Their model seemed to me like exactly what the industry needs to move to: An easy to engage, full service realtor that offers 1% seller agent commission and negotiable (or no) buyer agent commission. As soon as we engaged Cleardoor, we had an easy to understand contract, professional pictures, a 3D virtual tour and full MLS listing. Their team is full of experienced realtors with access to every tool necessary to make the process smooth. Every email and text I've sent since the day we listed the house has been answered within an hour and usually within minutes! We have a buyer and will be closing very soon. This is what the real estate industry needs to move toward and I'm recommending Cleardoor to anyone who asks about selling their home.

Great service and very attentive. Our home went in market fast and we had support through the process. Really enjoyed working with them!
