The Clear Cast PAL is very uncomfortable to wear and it amplifies EVERYTHING around you. It creates a loud and distracting hearing experience that is anything but "natural".

This product is absolutely amazing! My uncle has struggled with hearing loss for years, constantly turning the TV volume up to 60+ and making us shout just to communicate. He tried hearing aids but would never keep using them. When I came across this product, I hoped it would be easier for him to use, but I never imagined it would improve his hearing this much. Now, the TV volume is so low that the rest of us can barely hear it! This device has truly transformed our home life.

I was very concerned that I had been duped out of over $300 this week when I was unable to reach the company clearcasthearing.com or get any help from their customer service department. I wrote a scathing review thinking I had been scammed, HOWEVER, the brother of the Dr who invented the hearing device, called me personally to let me know that they were in the process of canceling the order and refunding my money. They did do exactly that and he was so polite and genuine. I realized I was wrong about them and want to say so publicly. We did choose to not get the device for now. Time will tell if we do decide to get it after all. There are so many excellent reviews concerning the device.
