I placed an order on July 25. As of August 8 I have received neither tracking information nor the package itself. I was charged at the time of purchase and the site indicated 2-5 days for processing. This is not the first time I have experienced long delays and missing tracking with this seller. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise others to look elsewhere. Directly from the order I placed and still shows unfulfilled. Order placed 07/25/2026 - 6:36 AM Your order has not yet shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your online order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships out. Confirmed From the company regarding my inquiry: Due to nationwide shipping volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Please allow another business day to receive a tracking number. While this company experiences delays in shipping, other companies do not. UPDATE: as of August 12, 2026 I've yet to receive my order.

great concept, great product... but, I guess my skin's way too sensitive... made my skin breakout :(

This is the customer service you can expect after 4 emails sent. Notice the kindness in their tone: Hi Misae, Please be advised that you were the one who provided address since this was your 1st order. So I don't understand why you're claiming that it was sent to a wrong address knowing you provided the shipping address to begin with? They will never get another dime from this customer!!! $182 gone and nothing to show for it but snark remarks. I had sent many emails and thy chose to send part of the order ( the cheapest part) back to the same address I told them was incorrect!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I reached out to cancel my order, it was denied. Then my package finally “shipped”, and it never arrived, so I never received any package and had to pay even though I tried cancelling before shipment and didn’t even get a package . Not satisfied.

Please don’t do automatic sending me the item the second time you deduct on my account which I did not order again stop

It’s just a glorified paper towel. You can buy paper towel without chemical just the same as I can order from this company. Apologies for being rude, however too much for the product! I have canceled this subscription. I do not want anymore. Not sure why I’m getting this email to rate you.? yes

Never received my order “in transit” for the past month, don’t believe the hype!
