It has been pretty good and the customer service was responsive. However there is cer bad incidence. Our chess lesson got cancelled for no reason and we were told there still should b lesson. But no lesson showed on our end. I asked to cancel one lesson for Monday and all the Monday lesson lessons were canceled. Pretty upset.

Registration is because the price of each class is cheap, which can give children their spare time! Overall, the time is pretty good! But if you want to learn more knowledge, I think one-on-one teaching can gain more knowledge.

Thank you for your effort! I give the three stars to the some of the teachers and assistants. They did great job. But to the classes and software which need have more function should be improved! For example, we had a trial class on phonics, the students have so big distances, that influences the class going. After 3 months, we tried another phonics class again, the same situation. The software which we used is too simple, it should contain more functions like bookstore, recording the classes you have had, ect.
