老师上课认真程度不一样，50%老师好一些 50%老师不是很认真，造成孩子上课习惯没有以前好，建议对师资严格一些，课件的规划再系统一些

The teachers’ quality are variable, although the online class is flexible and convenient.

I expect to let my kid improve. But some class are too easy, even the highest level. Not reaching my focus.

Terrible customer service
The Chinese teacher is pretty good, however the experience with one of your staff Yang-排课老师is terrible! Ruined experience with class over. Will not continue after finishing all class credits.

Depends on courses
Depends on courses. Some courses works better in an online format (such as chess) and some don't work as well (such as Lego and music).
