I had a problem with my razor on the edge near the heel. It looked foiled, like it was overhoned. I took it back to the stones and rehoned the edge myself before even contacting Classic shaving first. After speaking with their customer service, they made every thing right. Next time I wont hesitate to call them first, and will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thanks.

The products arrived promptly. One item, close to $100 in value, was incorrect and I notified them by email. They promptly shipped the correct item and in that package was a return slip for the other! I'm happy with all of the products I bought and I'll buy from them again.

Products arrived about two days before I expected them. Everything in my "starter kit" has been outstanding in appearance & use. "Starter kit" includes Classic Natural Bristle Brush in Light Wood, Wood Covered Bowl, a large & three small Classic Shave Soaps, the DE Sample Razor Pak, a styptic pencil & Feather DE Razor. As I get more accustomed to all this I will upgrade to a better razor & shave brush. I may even splurge & get the 3 pack of towels & pre/post shave lotion.

I have spent a total of 8 hours researching for my next shave experience. Classic Shaving has very fair pricing for what you get. I respect the customer service, I received my product with a damaged piece and called customer service and they sent out a brand new one to me the same day. I am very pleased with the product I purchased and the customer service. I will be buying my shaving supplies from classic shave from now on. Thanks, Jared Perry

Like most men, I'm tired of paying a ridiculous amount for disposable cartridges to get a decent shave. NOT a great shave, but just a decent one, I found if I skipped a day here and there, I could make a cartridge last a week. I was looking to use a straight razor to eliminate the never ending expense of cartridges. ClassicShaving has got me started with a brush, shaving soap, and a safety razor starter kit. The name "safety razor" is kind of a misnomer, but I'm learning. Ha-ha. I have had the safety razor starter kit for almost a week now, and I must admit that the shave is much smoother, and lasts longer. I typically get stubble towards the end of the day with the usual disposable cartridge, but with a safety razor, I'm smooth all day. It does take practice and I am getting better. I am looking forward to the day when I have the confidence to take the plunge to straight razor. This is NOT a quicker way to shave. It is just a better way.
