The products I ordered were good quality but the shipping prices were WAY too high and arrived later than expected especially considering the shipping price. I was not emailed my tracking number and had to wait a long time for the product.

This is one of the most beautiful tools I've ever seen. Fast shipping and over all satisfying experience.

Most companies who ship out items usually inform consumers when its shipped out and about when to expect it.I was already aware that when i purchased it (Dec.18) that it may not arrive in time for Christmas but its now Dec.26, and no message yet of when it will arrive.

I have tried a couple other shaving soaps and have been relatively happy with the results. I thought I would try some others just to see what differences there are among soaps. I tried the ClassicShaving soap and was not impressed. When lathering up, it allowed way too much air into the lather & created bubbles which I could actually see in the lather. I would compare it to filling a glass half full of milk & allowing my 7 yr old child to take a straw & blow in the milk creating bubbles. The airy lather did not provide a smooth wet shaving surface. I ended up with some cuts on my face which I normally do not get, especially after using the blade 2-3 times. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star is that I was relatively able to make it usable after adding some baby lotion when lathering up. After ordering online & paying the shipping, in my mind, now I have a nice $10 puck of bath soap.

Spent a fair bit of coin reaching into the past for an improved shaving experience and found the present is easily superior in ease, in comfort, in efficiency. The company itself seems quite nicely staffed with helpful people.

I bought a mug, soap, razor and blades. The mug looked like a nice, porcelain one online. Given the price of everything together, I expected no less. Instead, it's cheap, something between plastic and styrofoam, and I stuck it in the back of my closet. The razor's worked all right, but screwing off the top to put in blades is far from intuitive. The last time I used a safety razor you opened the top by unscrewing a part at the bottom, and this one looked like it would work the same. Instead, you have to unscrew the top of the apparatus, at hazard to your skin once you're screwing it back on with the blade in. It came with no instructions. Most disappointing purchase I've made in a long time.
