I'm not one to order on line, but the website made it easy for me. I'm also afraid that I'm going to get a piece of junk. But I placed an order anyway. My order came really quick, which really impressed me. When I opened the package I was very happy with the quality of the product. The only problem was that one of the mugs were broken in shipping. When I called the company and told them that it was broken. Before I could even ask what could be done about it, their customer service representative said that they will send out another mug. They even had it to my place before Christmas, a huge plus because it was a gift for a friend. In my eyes they have a customer for life.

I have ordered for Christmas the last couple of years. They are quick with their shipping and I love their products.

It was easy to place an order and checkout on the Classic Shave store. The item was shipped fast and arrived within three days. I was pleased with the quality of the strop I ordered. I was led to believe I would receive a discount on my order. However as it turns out about half their vendors don't allow discounts on their products. I felt this was misleading. Other than the deception I was happy with the service and quality of the product. Not sure if I'll use them again as I feel misleading me is a character issue of the proprietors. You are what you do, when it counts.

Delivery was prompt and no mistakes. Two days from order to mail address delivery. One week from then for a mail pickup service to bring to me in Rosarito, Baja, Mexico. Thank you.
