I received my items very quickly. I had a problem with the shaving brush and razor stand (the quality seemed very poor) and I called and explained that this was for a 50th birthday gift and time was of the essence. I chose another stand (it was more expensive but they changed it out at no additional cost to me) and shipped it out right away. I shipped back the stand I did not want and I received the new stand in a couple of days. Their customer service was definitely 5 star.

I ordered the soap pucks in 3 scents and all 3 are nice and not overbearing. Rich lather, my only concern is that they don't seem to last all that long, or as long as others I have used in the past. That said the lather is nice and doesn't dry out quick and leaves skin soft.

I got a shaving soap bowl delivered to my house, but the bowl was crushed during shipping. Classic shaving sent me a second one to make up for the first right away free of charge. Nice to see they follow through and stand by their product

Very easy to place my order, and to pay...I opted for check, and unlike more vendors were you input your info as an e-check, here I mailed it in, and still my product got to me quickly. The items were exactly as they were described on the website. But I ordered wrapping paper and never got it. Customer service was great, and credited my account, but would have been nice to get the fancy wrapping paper instead of the neon paper I had laying around, since it was for my boyfriend and my anniversary. But, hey, it's not the wrapper that counts.

great service and great product, my boyfriend was very happy for his fathers day present. I tried to use the razor to shave my legs and cut myself pretty bad, razor blades are very sharp but i guess i'm just not used to the razor.
