The hardest part about purchasing something online opposed to in person, is that you cannot hold the product. It would be great for licensed barbers (like myself) to be able to order several items, and only pay for what wasn't returned, i.e., conventional and replaceable straight razors. Several online companies use this model, such as Zappos and Warby Parker. Also, a professional discount wouldn't hurt.

I'd liked the selection but their instocks of quality razors is pretty disappointing. It wasn't just one brand like TI, which is hard for many to get. It was other brands, like Harner, as well.

So far, I have been pleased with most of my decesions and products I've purchased. I did put in a request with this most recent order for the old version of Proraso aftershave cream. I got the new version, which was not too big of a surprise, but I would have liked an explanation as to why the old version is not available, or perhaps a suggestion as to something close. It was nice when the shopping conselors would call or email.

The kit is great and it came pretty fast, I got priority mail instead of standard. Everything with the products is good but I didn't give them the five stars because on one item they charge more than what the website said and the promotion code thing didn't work. Other than that is all good.

My only wish is that you would lower the dollar amount for free shipping. i.e. $50 purchase would be eligible for free shipping. Otherwise I have always been pleased with CS service and products.

No complaints really, maybe just have orders processed a little quicker and ready to ship on the weekend so that it can go out Monday morning.

Have placed two orders so far and have received the items very quickly. I like that you have a good selection of items in order to broaden my collection.

Love these guys. They care about shaving cream.
