I have very sensitive skin and their brand works as well if not better than shave soaps costing a lot more. I also got a new strop handmade by Mountain Mike. This guy has been working with leather for over thirty years. This is by far the best strop in my humble opinion. At 3" wide and 17" long, it is very easy to use and puts a nice polish and edge on your blade. Shipping was very fast. Also, take the time to register and sign up for their news letter. My $104 shopping cart dropped down to $83 after applying the discounts they gave me for this initial purchase!!!!

Love the Classic shaving soap. It lathers very well...provides protection..and has pleasant frangrances. I like the lavender and pine the best.

I found Classic Shaving when I decided to use my grandfather's silver safety razor which was made in the 1920s by Gillette. I was happy to find everything I needed to get started, including shaving instructions. I have purchased all my classic shaving supplies from this company and have never been disappointed.

The order process was clear and easy to get going. I received the blades a few days ago and they seem to work great. As long as they last a week or so then this is a great value.
