I ordered several items including soaps which had a nice lather but the scent was not for me... Gave them away to someone who likes the smell. Ordered a shaving set and the shaving mig arrived broken... Customer care was very responsive and quick to replace it so that was a good experience... Super friendly folks... But unfortunately the Internet is not scratch and sniff...

I received good to excellent service via website. Unfortunately, the shave brush holder does not fit my brush which I do not want to replace at this time. I would have returned but had gotten rid of billing info, etc. overall a very good experience.

The product is very good yet the customer service can be better as I had to message the company for a delivery and or shipping info on item and I'm not quit sure if you have actually sharpened the razor as it doesn't seem like the professional honing and sharpening was done either way descent razor thank you.

Love the quality of all of the products I have ordered from Classic Shaving over the past few years. Pricing fine for the excellence. Only two things I would say in a negative vein. Using USPS for shipping really doesn't work well. My last order took almost 14 days to arrive! Second, website should alert customer that an item might not "fit", for their use, due to size of product. Example, Shaving Soap may be too large for a normal shaving bowl, just had this happen to me.

Classic Shaving has great, high-quality products. At first glance, the website looks nice. But my beef is that the search function does not work that well. Asking for after shave for instance results in after shaves, colognes, and a lot of items with the word "shave" in the product description. The search takes much longer than it should

Prices and shipping time is great. My only complaint would be quite a few items out of stock but there is a decent variety to get you through till what you really want is back in stock.

I 'think' that I ordered lime scented shave soap-I received rose. That's OK-I will use the rose it works just as well. I may have made a mistake when I placed my order. 😁 Not to worry. My order was sent to me quickly and arrived in a few days.

I currently use the 2.5 inch mug shaving soap, and have used it for about 3 years. The lather is great and results in a very nice shave. My son started using the mug soap a little over a year ago. He too is impressed with the shave that it allows. In a perfect world, I would ask that the scents were a little more pronounced (I prefer the menthol). Hope this helps.
