This Christmas I made my second purchase from Classic Shaving, and I was again impressed with not only the quality of their products, but the genuine kindness of their customer service. The first time I ordered from them, several years ago, a particular product I ordered was unexpectedly on back order, and would not arrive until after Christmas. I received a phone call from a customer service representative, explaining and apologizing for the delay, and wanting to know whether I'd rather substitute another, similar item. She gave me several suggestions that were comparable, which I happily accepted. This year, I placed my order a bit later than I had planned, and to my surprise, I received a follow up call from customer service, stating their concern that my order would not arrive in time with the shipping option I selected - they were able to select a different option for me and I received my order in time for Christmas. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality shaving products and high quality service - they really care about their customers and it shows.

They have also a lot to choose from - from low price up the exclusive brands. That's easy to buy more then you planning to ;) Also som great tips on how to best shave with a safety razor (good for me!). Shipping to Sweden, and it have worked perfect.

I went from "just browsing" and wanting to learn more about shaving options to "checkout" in one visit! The products they offer are top-of-the-line and prices are reasonable. Haven't encountered a need to deal with customer service yet though, so no comment there yet.

I was looking for a special gift and the beginners set was the perfect fit. My guy loved it! He loved the razor, the cup, and the soap...the entire package.
