The site sucks period. It was my first time using but I wouldn't return. And the more I tried site the worse it is...i typed my team and pins. It brought up results but all the pictures are animated, not actual tem. Then pressing back button to see results, nope it starts over again. Then when I typed my team and said patches it just kept bringing up pins results. Finally I attempted to buy one small item to see if it sucks further and yep....it does....its one of those sites that sells a real lightweight 8 dollar item then tried to charge 9 dollars to ship item...making shipping higher than item price! Terrible site.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I had a question about my order and received a quick reply with all the information I needed. I get antsy with packages too because I live in an apartment complex and sometimes my packages end up elsewhere. They were so helpful in making sure I had peace of mind by staying on top of my package as it made it's way over and following up with me. When my package arrived, the product exceeded my expectations. The quality was outstanding, exactly as described, and packaged with great care. It's clear that this company takes pride in both its products and its customers. What really stood out was how committed they were to making sure I had a positive experience. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent products with such personal and attentive service. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality items and a company that truly values its customers! Great work Classic Pins!

I ordered this item for a trip to Japan and paid almost as much as the item itself to ensure overnight delivery. It did not arrive by the promised time and when I had to contact the company myself as to why, John promised it another set would be sent again overnight. It didn't arrive, and due to me trusting the company twice to deliver it before we left, I was unable to deliver an item I promised to a family member in Japan. Anyone who knows how Japan works knows this is a big deal, however the company's attitude was basically, "oh well, stuff happens, we did what we could." I warn anyone considering this company to avoid it at all costs, and will tell everyone I know the same. It's sad that customer service is so unimportant to them.
