Owner Demerus Davis Is Exceptional!
My wife and I went to Clarksville Internet Deals to buy 2 new phones from Spectrum because of the horrible service I received in the Spectrum store on Wilma Rudolf Blvd. The people there were so bad that I vowed to never go in that store again. The customer service we received from the store owner, Demerus Davice, was incredible, the most personable, professional, and caring representative I've meet in years! He was knowledgeable of all Spectrum's programs and policies. He persistently worked on all of our Spectrum accounts and saved us $540 on our internet and TV plus $1080 on our cell phone bill. I'm absolutely certain the Spectrum store people would NEVER offer to research ways to save us $1620. Demerus is an amazing individual with integrity and compassion for his customers.
