• Serious Regulatory Concerns - Clark Moving Specialists LLC
• Clark Moving Specialists LLC has been placed Out-of-Service by FMCSA since March 26, 2022, and is not currently authorized to operate as an interstate motor carrier. • The business is the subject of an active Louisiana Public Service Commission docket (T-37947), with an administrative hearing scheduled for August 6, 2026. • Registered business filings list an address that could not be located for legal service of process in an active civil suit (Case No. C-20263646, 15th Judicial District Court, Lafayette Parish), raising concerns about the accuracy of the business’s public contact information. • The company holds a Louisiana household goods certificate but has performed commercial work outside that certificate’s scope. Given these active regulatory actions, we request that this business’s listing be reviewed for accuracy and that any reviews be evaluated for authenticity given the discrepancies between the company’s public-facing claims and its actual regulatory status.
