I instructed James Godden of Clarke Mairs to resolve an issue with the leasehold on my home and then take legal action against my previous conveyancer. I had tried a number of no win, no fee solicitors previously and no-one wanted to take on my case. James and the team have be fantastic, resolving the issue and recovering all of my costs. I would recommend for any leasehold issues or litigation.
