What do you mean you don’t have a written Will?
I have a law degree, so I KNOW the legal consequences of not having one’s affairs in order, but until recently, I didn’t have a written Will. Preparing one always fell to the bottom of the to-do list until I talked to Gabi Aboujaoude, Partner at Clark Allison, LLP. She showed me how easy it is to utilize their estate planning services remotely. Once complete, I received a nice portfolio in the mail containing my documents which has room to hold other important documents that might be needed at a moment’s notice. I feel a sense of relief knowing that I have a plan in place that can be easily updated as needed.
