This was the most helpful training I've had in my career. And not because I haven't had many trainings over the years! The training was informative and most importantly personalized. Bill asked targeted and relevant questions in advance of both journalist and TV interviews. Specifically, I learned how to alter my communication for new formats with engaging summaries, analogies, and 'math' statements. The feedback on my personal recordings helped me see both strengths and weaknesses I was previously unaware of. Bill helped me understand why I was making my common mistakes.
