the consultant trainers are phenomenal. Their expertise enables outstanding coaching and feedback. Their approach and demeanor enable the feedback to be constructive in a high stress environment of being exposed to weaknesses of presentation skills. Clarity Media Group is extremely professional; their materials and content extremely valuable including the book "Pitch Perfect." We have had approx. 25-30 people go through the training annually for the past 5 years; and every year the skill set improves and morale is boosted due to the excellent experience. The sales leaders and staff look forward to this training every year.

I have worked with Bill and his team for over a decade, and they are truly exceptional. The methodology they teach provides a trusted and concrete process and set of tools for how to clearly and originally articulate a message to an audience, whether internal or external. They are the best at what they do, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A trusted expert & valuable resource When it comes to media training, Clarity is the best in the business. I've worked with Bill and Clarity over the last decade, and time and time again they deliver on preparing executives for all types of media. Their combined years of experience across journalism and various industries are invaluable in engaging with spokespeople, providing feedback and driving results that match to PR and company goals.

I've worked with Bill McGowan on several high level executive media training and communications sessions, and have always left satisfied with our work session. Each executive has felt the same. He enables the individual to simplify the message, break down the meaning and ensure the presentation/conversation/interview is effective. The Clarity work space provides a home sensibility which puts visitors at ease/helps with the openness of learning.

I worked with Bill for media training. He knows how to listen and, as the name implies, I learned how to give a clear message. I've referred others to him with great results.

I have worked with Bill and his talented team in preparation for a range of media and speaking opportunities over the years. Each time, Bill has instilled confidence in my executives and helped them deliver powerful, crisp and effective messages. Clarity Media Group is a trusted partner and I highly recommend them.

Bill McGowan's coaching instilled me with the confidence of a natural public speaker. He offered immediately actionable feedback and helped me find a style that was authentic to me. He helped me develop a presence on stage, connect with the audience, and deliver my message with impact.

We return again and again to Bill McGowan's sage wisdom in making our stage moments high impact and unforgettable.
