I've worked closely with Melissa Hellen for several years to media and speaker train leaders in all six of our Regions and Comcast's West Division. She trains our external communications professionals as well, because we believe these muscles need to be excercised -- whether it's public speaking, media interviews or influencer engagement. Melissa's authentic approach and insight quickly garners trust from her trainees. She gets to know the trainees, customizes her sessions and genuinely cares about the participants' progress. It's highly rewarding to see the trainees' evolution from the beginning to the end of the training session. While I haven't worked with Ken Fuhr as much, I have experienced his media training sessions as well. His professional background as a producer lends credibility to his training and he's able to share interesting examples that help drive his messages home. Both are exceptional partners.I will continue to hire Clarity Media for this important work, and I look forward to more opportunities in the future.

My story is complicated. I was a Confidential Human Source ("CHS") for the FBI on a $300 million fraud case. I wore a wire many times. Brought hidden cameras into meetings and taped a myriad of phone calls. As you can imagine it was a highly stressfull series of events. I feared that at some point my identity would be compromised and/or disclosed to the defendants and the media. Quite frankly, I wanted to make sure if I was contacted by members of the media that I would be be polite, professional and most of all coherent. I worked with Jim Paymar. Jim helped me understand what the media would want and how to honestly and truthfully frame my participation in a complex fraud and investigation in a way the media would understand and hopefully appreciate. I am deeply grateful for his help and feel that the time with him was invaluable.

They are excellent, very well versed in how to communicate and capture audiences while projecting yourself appropriately. They should be required for external speaking and executive development in many areas.

The media training with Bill McGowan was a phenomenal experience, and a privilege! It completely re-framed my approach to speaking about my brand, and I will take the learnings into many aspects of my work, beyond media interviews and presentations.
