Last month Insider Inc (parent company of Business Insider and Insider) hired David Puente to help prepare its head of technology, Alex Charalambides, for a keynote presentation at an annual internal conference which Axel Springer, our corporate parent, hosts at its Berlin headquarters. David was brought in at the last minute, just days before Alex was to present on-stage. In only one online video session, David was able to be of great help to Alex. David radically improved the presentation itself, making it more engaging, lively, and impactful. Alex benefited just as much from David’s delivery coaching. Melissa is consistently excellent. She knows our organization really well, but still, she always does her homework and comes in extremely well prepared. Her questions are spot on.
