Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.

This media training was incredibly useful and informative, not just for my next media experience, but for any time I'm sharing information about our brand. Jen made the presentation during the first hour of training captivating and packed with relatable examples. The "mock interview" during the second hour was challenging and left me with solid tools to work with and practice to gain more confidence for my next media venture. I appreciate the opportunity to have received such a valuable training.

Would recommend David a thousand times over. He was attentive, engaging and listened to our needs. Then tailored the program to hit every point. His strategy was approachable and not intimidating. David was encouraging and gave myself and the team the confidence to believe in not only in his methods but ourselves.

Our Trainer JJ provided a well thought out and bespoke session for 6 in-training presenters focused on media interviews. His style helped us understand the need to prepare, assisted with that preparation while boosting the confidence in our teams' knowledge. Coupled with his masterful direction and patience our team was able to launch from beginner to confident in any media situation. JJ's obvious years of experience meant that our session culminated in recorded one on one sessions where he both brought out opportunities for the team to share their in depth knowledge but challenged them to navigate tough situations meaning any future challenges would be easy to deal with. Some incredibly useful tools including a matrix to help us stay on message and bring back any difficult question to an opportunity to share our desired headlines were an added bonus, ensuring even in a tight turn around we could feel confident and adequately prepared. A huge thanks to the Clarity team and especially JJ for his time, I'd highly recommend these sessions and in fact we look forward to scheduling another session to further develop our skills

After my novel came out, I was honored to be asked to make public appearances, but they did not feel natural to me. I worried that to perform, I'd have to pretend to be someone else. But Melissa was able to help me feel prepared for all the publicity twists and turns I'm facing - as a result, I am more confident being myself, even if there is a camera watching ;-)
