My two lengthy tutorials with Bill McGowan were intense, but in a very constructive way. His methodical approach of substantial immersion in how the media works during interviews, combined with realistic mock interviews, made my actual event with CBS Sunday Morning Show, a breeze. Not only did I gain an inordinate amount of knowledge of the process, pit-falls, verbiage, succinct response, etc., it was also a huge confidence building program. Jen gives you a very thorough rundown of how we should all be approching our preparation. Her training actually made the prospects of an interview feel fun and exciting, as something to look forward to instead of intimidated. Her wealth of knowledge and experiences means she's been in every type of situation and can effectively coach any trainee. She's straight forward, quick on her feet and warm at the same time, allowing her to be effective right away with the trainee. She builds up your confidence and toolkit.

One thing I learned from the training is - In my presentation material I often think about grammar too much, ended up missing the point I wanted to express. Reframe it to a conversational can actually communicating better meaning. I noted on my next approach in preparing for a presentation, is for me to speak it first then write :) I truly appreciate this feedback.
