I've done media training for years, with and without help and I can't imagine doing it without Clarity from here on out! Melissa is an unflappable pro who helped win over skeptical executives immediately. She's supportive enough to avoid discouraging and direct enough to help our trainees see their areas for improvement. After our sessions, our team has much higher confidence and capability to take on our toughest engagements. Thanks, Melissa and Clarity!

Donna was deeply knowledgeable and articulate about the ways in which I could sharpen and focus my presentation and content. Beyond that, she was just plain fun to talk with and bounce ideas off. Invaluable.

I have made a few media training with Bill that were critical in gaining confidence, looking at ease and delivering the intended message during TV interviews. Bill also gave me a strong methodology to capture the audience attention and deliver a clear message during live presentation.

As one might expect, David Puente is himself an excellent communicator, and he gives clear and helpful insights about the best way to approach media interviews. Five stars for David and the Clarity Media Group!

It's amazing how the 1-hour session with Karen resulted in an immediate and remarkable improvement in my presentation skills. The session was truly bespoke and interactive. It started off with Karen trying to understand my personal feelings, in particular, my fears and worries when making presentations, so that she could offer and blend in targeted advice later on. We then spent around 30-45 minutes doing mock presentations, whereby I delivered a short presentation for Karen to provide immediate, useful comments. I was so pleasantly shocked how my presentation improved when I redid the presentation using Karen's tips. I sounded much more confident and fluent in the blink of an eye. It was truly amazing how much I could achieve within such a short period of time. The only area of improvement for the workshop would be to have at least a rough agenda for the meeting. It was a little stressful to go into the session without knowing what to expect and prepare for. I wonder if I might have learnt more if I had done more preparation. Although I'm already very happy with what I've learnt there.

Jodi was wonderful as a media trainer to four of our executives, and her decades long experience as a reporter and assertive, charismatic personality made for an enriching and educational experience. Thank you Jodi!

The Clarity Media Group training with Jen was fantastic! The training featured several best practices, the theory behind them, and strong, illustrative examples of the best practices in action. Finally, it culminated in a dry run of a media appearance where I received detailed, actionable feedback in real time. I came away feeling much more knowledgable and prepared, from both a theoretical and practical perspective, for my media responsibilities. I’d absolutely recommend this training to a friend or colleague! 5/5.

Jen did a great job providing detailed context for interviewing, how to handle tough questions, and how to communicate your key points to your interviewer. I appreciated her work with me in a mock interview, and think it greatly prepared me for our press event. Thank you Jen!
