I usually never write reviews and note that everyone is quick to write reviews for bad experiences but skip over good ones. I have been buying parts and have amassed invoices worth 5 figures with CJ Pony Parts. Apart from the odd problem that has been rectified quickly by contacting customer support, I have been very pleased with the service. You have to understand how good it is to be able to buy everything from a crate engine to the smallest bolt, all on the same website. I would also like to give a special thanks to Chris Bianchi who is apart of the team at CJ's. He has helped me a lot recently in arranging a few orders that I was able to pick up myself on a trip to Vegas. Overall, I would advise anyone to buy and deal with CJ Pony Parts with full confidence.

Had a problem with my order, a technician named Elliot helped me right away and fixed that problem and even gave me a call back just to make sure everything was good. I appreciate the help Elliot and will continue buying from you guys

I read all the bad reviews and then figured that they were likely a small percentage of the total and that folks with good experiences might not write a review. I crossed my fingers and ordered a set of mats for my '66 Mustang. The price seemed fair. The tracking info indicated that they shipped right away. They arrived in a few days just as ordered. I am very happy with the entire experience and ordered something else today.

You don't really know what kind of business you're dealing with until you have a problem and get to see how they handle it. Based on that test, CJ Pony Parts is a good business. I ordered a Distinctive Industries Black Vinyl Package Tray With Speaker Holes. It arrived a little banged up (thanks OnTrac), but also had manufacturing defects - visible little lumps of something underneath the vinyl. Contacted CJPP and provided pictures. Their response? No problem, we're sending you another one. And they did; the second one arrived in perfect condition and had no obvious defects. That's the best I could ask for, and this review is my way of saying thanks.

I purchased a Defective Unit from CJ Pony Parts and I called them & they responded back to me right away. I was asked to send pictures and a video of the issue with the unit. I sent the video but they were unable to open the link and my phone wouldn't allow me to send the video, saying it was too big. After speaking with Alondra ( who was VERY HELPFUL but was unable to resolve my issue, I got a manager on the phone, his name is Scott and He was VERY HELPFUL as well. Both people were very PATIENT & UNDERSTANDING. They resolved my issue and Gave me a REFUND on the DEFECTIVE Unit that I purchased. Because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will consider them again in the future. Thankyou CJ PONY 🐎 PARTS.🙏🥰

Im finally happy with cj pony, they have been in contact with me over the past week, they contacted vender who is going to send me another pair of side vents for my ford raptor, the fitment was terrible on first set, hopefully this set will work, thank u cj for keeping me in the loop on status 👍
