Placed an order on line. found it. found additional items to add to the order after order was placed. Called and spoke with Brooklyn. Great service. Understood my issue. Items added to the order prior to being sent. Saved me a few bucks on shipping. She was great. Easy to work with and it took very little time.

Great service
I got a bumper that had light scratches. Sent pics then they sent me another that was perfect! Sierra in returns was tight on her game. I have dealt with cj pony for years and will keep doing it for many more!

Korie Benson cj pony customer service…
Korie Benson cj pony customer service rep. was very understanding and helpful. I am restoring 65 mustang and ordered 4 chrome wheel well moldings 5 years ago. Just last month I contacted Korie and explained one of them was mislabelled and did not fit... I sent photos . She requested. Credit was promptly issued ! #664 9869 Thank you Korie! Ordered parts to be shipped to the UK arrived within a few days. Paid customs charge up front which saved a lot of bother from my end. Will def order from them again.

Amazing experience
I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain.
