Not even worth a 1-Star review. EVERY SINGLE purchase with CJ Pony parts has been an utter nightmare. Why even advertise parts on the website if they are on back order with no available ETA?? Last week CJ Pony demanded full payment (partial payment was made according to the amount that reflects when a part becomes available) for an order where all items were on back order, with a threat to cancel the order if not paid. Paid for the order only have it cancelled anyway because the back order parts have no available ETA. THE WORST communication system to ever exist. If Sierra Madre sold Mustang & Chevy parts I would buy from them in a heartbeat. For a lack of better words, CJ Pony Parts SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a console for my father’s birthday. The order went through fine. I got an email the next day asking for me to call because there was a payment issue. Then, I got an email that the issue was resolved. I saw the payment pending, but decided to call back. Apparently, it is company “policy” that first time customers cannot ship to a different address. This was nowhere to be found on the website, and nowhere posted when I did my transaction. After working with a customer service rep, who could not explain why I got the resolved email, I had no choice but to get the part shipped to my house. My father has had plenty of problems with CJ’s, and surprised he ordered again. I WILL NOT recommend their parts, products, or customer service to anyone.

Ordered a glass kit from CJ’s, ( windshield and 4 side windows), at time of order it said 3 weeks delivery time, after multiple inquiries and promises it arrived 4 months later. It was a box with a broken windshield in it , no side windows ,so not a glass kit like I ordered. Spoke with someone at CJ’s and they said they would refund the money which they did, I told them I had ordered the glass kit because I needed the windows for a car I was building and they really didn’t seem to care that I had waited that long and now have to start all over. Now the price is 300 bucks higher. I had asked to speak with a manager about this but apparently they are to busy to deal with customers. A ram air plenum was also damaged in the shipment that I haven’t been reimbursed for as they say I have to spend a half an hour breaking it into pieces and send them pictures. I buy a lot of parts from various US suppliers and CJ’s is by far the worst customer service, they could learn a lot from Summit Racing, LMC truck or NPD, all great if you run into a problem.

These guys are super slow at everything. My first order took 1 month to get, I said I would never order anything from them again. My own stupidity I did. So I needed a trans fill tube I couldn't find anywhere. I order it and 2 weeks later no show, I email them to cancel my order and think thats it won't order from them again. Nope the part comes a few weeks later and charged me for it. Worst company to do business with. It won't happen again.

I ordered a complete disc brake conversion kit, followed its instructions that it needed upgraded wheels so bought all new wheels as well. The kit did not work with the wheels it said it would. I called, no return. Called again, talked with someone and they sent extended lug studs and wheel spacers. This was after they talked with their tech that this would resolve it. Wheel studs worked, spacers still didn’t correct it. I called back again, was told those things were sent to me as a no charge “courtesy.” Wait, I followed their descriptions and did it the right way, it is not my fault they didn’t get it right to begin with. That being said, I was told I would now need to pay for the new spacers or go to a parts store and buy them there. I said no and wanted to speak with a manager. Was told thanks for the call and hung up on. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I spent thousands with them working on a ground up, I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

Place a order for fasteners for the fender liner for my 2005 Mustang. I was shipped the completely wrong parts (Someone else's parts - even had his packing slip) Waiting for them to make good and ship the correct parts and refund my shipping.

I ordered a set of wheels that arrived damaged and with defects on the finish/paint. This should be a simple return but CJ's has been extremely difficult to work with on returning the items and nothing is good about their customer service. It's been 12 days and they still haven't authorized the return... it's getting to the point I need to file a credit card dispute. I have been ordering numerous parts with them over the past year since I got my mustang, it was fine but if you have any problem with your order expect a huge hassle to resolve an issue that wasn't your fault. I WILL NOT be giving them any more business and will let others know about my experience.

I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts, consisting of 2 "kits" that were supposed to contain all necessary hardware. 3 boxes arrived, all badly damaged. 2 were broken open and only had 1 part each... the packaging was massively insufficient for the weight of the parts and both parts within were damaged. No "kits" all mounting parts missing. I contacted their "customer service"... no phone agents available. No "chat box" reps available. I'm reduced to sending emails to try to get satisfaction. This company is far more interested in marketing than in satisfying customers with legitimate problems... Never again.... never again
