Hi there, Andrew here from CivicFuse. I’m interested in acquiring [domain], but I’m not sure if you’re the right contact. Do you own this domain, and is it available? I'd appreciate any answer, even a "no" so I can pursue other names. Thank you, Andrew Lee CivicFuse Inc. is a registered nonprofit corporation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (KY Reg. No. 1559726) | 4041 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40216 Next i got: Hi [name], Thanks for getting back to me. We’re a small nonprofit with a fairly limited budget for an upcoming project where we would like to use [domain], so we’d only be able to move forward if the price is affordable for us. With that in mind, could you let me know the lowest price you’d be willing to accept for this domain? Many thanks, Andrew Lee CivicFuse Inc. is a registered nonprofit corporation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (KY Reg. No. 1559726) | 4041 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40216

I received emails from an Andrew Lee who said exactly the same thing as all the other reviews (Red flag #1). "He" (more likely a bot) addressed me as my email alias, not my real name Red flag #2). I assume this is a bottom-feeding service looking to get domains at a bargain basement deal so he can flip them. Red flag #3, his email domain name and company he represents himself as are different. Red flag #4, I asked him two specific, simple questions, and neither were answered-they were simply auto-responded to me like everyone else here. Avoid any "offers", unless you love getting ripped off.
