Extremely disappointing experience — think twice before trusting them with anything time-sensitive
We engaged Citrin Cooperman for professional services that turned out to have real financial consequences for our client's business. In our experience, when a problem arose, we felt it was not communicated to us as promptly as it should have been — and that delay ended up working against us. Raising the issue afterward proved to be a long and frustrating process, with little accountability on their side. We understand mistakes can happen in any professional relationship. What disappointed us most was how the situation was handled once it came to light. Based on our own experience, we would think carefully before relying on this firm for anything where timing and communication matter.
