CitifydReviews of citifyd.com

If I could select no stars, I would. I rarely write negative reviews. But this company is unreachable. I was visiting the area and purchased a pass for several days - albeit not easily with many errors thrown. I am never able to get through to anyone on the phone - and the outgoing message doesn't it say Citifyd - it mentions another company I can't decipher. No one has returned my calls. I live out of the area or I would be at the office every day. In addition, their email support at citifyd.com bounces back. The worst part is, once my pass expired, I have been receiving spam emails from them for over 24 hours EVERY SINGLE MINUTE. I am only able to set up spam filters on my desktop - so my phone is still flooded every single minute. Still no one will respond. Awful company. Do not park in any of their lots. They don't deserve a single dollar.

I was tormented by their fake promises and absolutely useless customer service. Every issue I faced was met with silence or robotic responses that made me feel utterly powerless to get anything resolved. They advertise convenience, but it was nothing but a nightmare trying to navigate their mess of a system. Never again!
