Company sent product to my elderly mother with no known order. Charging $199.85 a month... no workable number found. Tried to return product and came back ""No address found". SCAM!

Do not trust this company. The have somewhere on the form that it is a re-occurring subscription (but won't show me where that is). I ordered this on the 4th of the month with the $59.95 charge. However, the same day they charged me $199.85 (but can't tell me why). The next month they charged me $199.85 again and sent a shipment (which they say I didn't check the box on my initial order). By the time I realized this they said it was past the 30 days, so too bad for me. It is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I believe this Company is a scam. They produced a very impressive and expensive video commercial, then sent me 2 bottles, each a 14 day supply. Not a 30 day supply, but charged me for 2 bottles. $50 each. I would have never done that. I thought it was based on the benefits from the video. But when the bottles arrived labeled CircuSync. It read for weight loss support and glucose metabolism! What? I dont have a weight issue or blood sugar issue! I called to get a refund. I was charged $110 when I thought it was $50. She would only give me a 50% credit. And said their 30 day return policy started the day I ordered the product! When I asked her what the blood optimizer is used for she said many use it for pain! What? I cant find the video I saw and have to settle for 50% return on my card. A total sham. Only one # for customer service and of course a 3rd party outside of US. This has to stop and it will sooner than later. Nobody monitors this nonsense, so they get away with it. This time, I have finally learned!

I tried to contact the company to get a refund. The email is bogus and nothing goes through then it says if you need more assistance they give you a Google customer service email. That one can't be located.

Total scam, and they keep charging me! I didn't order as much product as they charged me for and sent. And I never placed a second or third order! Yet the charges keep rolling in. Can't get anyone to refund. Will be disputing each charge with my bank.

I ordered product from your company, I decided to return it to you. I returned to the correct address that was given to me by your company. I've been dealing with you guys since February 2nd 2026. To get my refund back!!! I haven't had no such luck. I called again today, and I'm only getting back $187.00 out of the $199.85 that was promised me to be returned. I totally disagree with this. Your company is not holding up their end of the bargain as far as a FULL REFUND!!!!. I'M A 66 YEAR OLD WOMAN THAT IS DISABLED AND LIVES TO PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. I'M ALSO THE CAREGIVER TO MY DAD WHO IS 96 YEARS OLD. I KNOW THIS IN LARGE CAPS. BUT I WANT TO MAKE MY POINT CLEAR. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO NO ONE.

Billed me for 2 bottles of Gut health that I didn’t want. Product is useless.

Never order from circusync, I was scammed when I wanted to place and order for 1 bottle and during checkout they charged me for 3 bottles for around $160. Still they won't refund my money, they want a 3 way call with them, me and my bank. This is so ridiculous, just refund people that your check-out screwed over!
