Thieves. They will take your wire transfer and keep it. I suspect fraud. Im sure the SEC will see it soon. Do not send them your hard earned money, unless you are in a giving mood.

I was mugged and nothing was done. Basically, I got mugged and my phone was unlocked when they took it and proceeded to take money out of my Circle account to another address. I wanted to report the address when I got control of it later, but there's no real way. You have to send an email to have even a chance of refund. I did, explain the situation and then was met with "once a transaction is made, we can't refund. You can ask the person to give your money back." Obviously this wasn't good feedback as I had the money taken from my account by someone who stole from me. Money hasn't been reversed. Account sent to hasn't been shut down. Awful customer service.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My complaint is exactly the same as most others. I sent money, but for some reason, the payment was stopped. My circle account showed that the money was there for me to cash out. When I attempted to do that, they had "to review my account and verify my identity." I got an email requesting who I was sending money to and if I knew the person and if I was purchasing goods/services and if so, what were they. I responded that was none of their business, just give me my money back. I received an email this morning asking for a "selfie" and make sure it is very clear, and a very clear, legible picture of my Government issued ID. Of course, I am not sending that. I emailed telling them off and that I would not send that information. After I sent that email, I checked my bank account and there is a pending charge for the same amount! Not only will they not refund the money that I sent, but they are trying to take more! I called my bank and reported the charge as fraudulent. There is no phone number on their website to call them. Email is the only communication and it is obvious that they are scripted emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE THEM!!!

My friend transferred money into my account, not much but enough for an emergency. After several failed attempts to login I realised that it was because I had changed my phone number. I have been emailing the company backwards and forwards for three days. I then had to submit a picture of my face with my ID which I did. Then I got a message that I had to send a picture of just my ID which I did. Then this very rude circle team person called Jack tells me that is not the ID you signed up with! Are these people mad? I have sent enough ID to prove it is me and it is NOT YOUR MONEY. I tried to ring the number to make a complaint and surprise, surprise there is no one there. Circle you claim that people can access their money quickly through you but that is a Lie. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY

Got money deposited into my circle, they suddenly locked my account when I tried to withdraw, asked for ID which I sent, I don't have a driving license or passport so sent birth certificate and ID card. Despite emailing for days since they don't have a number they have ignored me completely!!

they are nothing but a bunch of racist SCOUNDRELS, i made an account with them and after i took a picture id and they saw that i was black they closed my account and say that they cant tell me why they closed it. i know they closed it because of my skin color they didnt have to tell me and plus when i asked them was it because of my skin color they didnt even answer back. people like them dont even need a site all over the internet in that case they should have just put it on sites that their kind be on.

WARNING!!! Don't trust this company. Once you deposit money they lock your account & demand ID, even then they don't respond. Customer service is zero, they ignore you - this is an absolute SCAM!! I have reported their illegal activities to the Google Play store. Circle also own Poloniex Crypto exchange where they are doing the EXACT same thing - there is no customer service whatsoever with this company, they just steal your money & blackmail you into giving them your personal info. A complete fraud. WARNING!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
