I wished I never signed up. They wanted to verify my ID despite the fact that I have filled every section on my profile and have my account linked to my Facebook. I tried to verify through the app but it doesnt recognise my passport. Emailed help centre to get it done but all I get is automated emailed from "daniel" with IST (India standard time) telling me to resubmit my details. Frankly I don't trust this app and they have my passport details and my money they freeze up. DON'T USE THEM!!

Circle Pay has found a way so that I cannot access my money. It's basically being held against my will as I'm stuck in an endless ID verification loop. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

I regret having my mom send me money to this account. I have bills and now me and my kids are gonna be in the dark with no electricity because circle has stolen my money and won’t answer me. This is really hurtful I can’t believe this. They shouldn’t do this to people. I am so disappointed. I honestly don’t even know how to type this without tears in my eyes.

Don’t bother, used it for a year without issues, nowhere near weekly send limit and now my funds are frozen and can’t be withdrawn whilst “review my account” even though I’ve already provided my proof of identity, my fb, my address and my phone number. Only customer service option is an email that rarely gets a reply. Straight up scammers. They deserve to go bust so just don’t use them.

Unacceptable experience ! Circle stole us 850$ and doesn't answer anymore... It's clearly an attempt to scam ! My only regret is not to have read the comments below before...

Absolutely shocking! Had £20 in my account but couldn’t withdraw as my account was under review for 1-3 days. It’s now been 5 months since. God knows what they’re doing with our money. Customer service is appalling. Automated replies after waiting weeks for them to reply to my email. Managed to get in contact with them over twitter, they asked for my email then never replied

absolutely terrible. signed up just to make 1 payment as client didnt use paypal. Well! the amount of hoops you have to jump through just to send a payment! i gave up in the end. Will not use again.

Registered an account a week ago, account suspended after receiving first payment and then terminated without explanation
