I was charged for a service I had never even heard about, $39.95USD which converted to $53.52CAD for something I not only never heard about but never even signed up for. My initial phone call to the company resulted in the very rude representative hanging up on me, however my second call which sounded like the exact same individual was somewhat helpful. After telling her in my not so pleasant voice that if the funds were not refunded I would further my fraud investigation and make sure I caused one heck of a storm for this fraudulent company. After having voiced my opinion and frustration I was told the $39.95 would be refunded to me in 1-10 business days, today is March 9th, 2017 so the countdown begins. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL when ordering or even browsing online. I have no doubt this company is a complete fraud and will scam anyone they can.

It's an evil website. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! ESPECIALLY YOUR ACCOUNT! I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want! So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out. I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call. Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

BEWARE,THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!!These people managed to give me a subscription.I filled out the personal info,gave my CC no. then changed my mind after becoming suspicious of them.I clicked and backspace erased everything and left the site.I then notice that they charged me and still had my info.How they did this is a criminal act.I called them and they went on to tell me that I watched 14 movies???If you have been taken by these crooks from Hong Kong;do not take their word for cancelling your subscription.Call your credit card provider and cancel the number and get a new number.26 reviews and all have 1 star;they would have 0 stars if they allowed it.I am to the point I do not trust using my CC online;as I have had too many bad things happen.There is no proper policing of the internet and crooks run rampant.Also realized when they get a bad name;they change the name and run their crooked business as usual.Use reputable company's and check out their reputations first.

on the 5th of march 2016 cinemaden took $53 dollars from my back and two days later the took $52 from my bank only today the 21/04/16 have i even heard of this stupid website so somehow the have take over 100 dollars from my bank i dont care about getting a refund i just 1 want them to stop taking money that doesnt belong to them and thinking thats its ok and 2 to stop people from sighing up and to make people see that they take money from people even thoughs who havent even heard from them or signed up for there stupid website

I have a charge of $39.95 on my bank statement from cinemaden on 8/28/15. i want this charge refunded to my account as soon as possible. i never agreed to this bill. If i don't receive this refund, the only choice you have is to contact the BBB and/or attorney general

I've never heard of this company until today when I tried to pay one of my bills which was declined, around the same time I recieved a text from my bank asking me to verify recent activity on my account, cinemaden had taken an unauthorised sum of £24.95 out of my account which has led to my bank card being cancelled !!! I'm extremely pi***d off to say the least! Avoid at all cost

We had never even heard of this company but my husband's card was charged $1.00...then a few days later the card was charged again for $7.95. After my husband and I argued about it, he called his credit card company to report the fraudulent charges and had to get a whole new card. Sad part is we never signed up for anything because we had never heard of them before but was charged anyway..how they got his card number in the first place is beyond me. AVOID CINEMADEN AT ALL COST!!!
