I ordered two cartons that are still in processing for over a month. I’m not getting a response with costumer care. Thinking I’ve been scammed at this point.

Fraud Company and I highly suspect all posters with positive reviews are paid posters. Ordered x2 cartons of Sobranie Black Russian cigarettes. PayPal payment request was suspicious, but I paid it in good faith. After x2 months of bogus shipping tracker updates and no delivery I contacted their customer service email and chat bot-total silence. As a former tobacconist, this daylight robbery is utterly disgraceful and those working at this company are beneath contempt. Honest smokers should avoid at all cost.

Ordered 5 packs of juul pods on 11/21, attempted to reach out on 11/27 and 11/28, no response. Terrible customer service, no communication and demand to pay through PayPal friends and family over goods and services. Do not trust this company, they stole my money.
